Training users on Microsoft Dynamics ERP software isn’t what it used to be. It is better. At DLD Business Solutions, we’ve spent over 20 years training hundreds of users on Microsoft Dynamics GP and, since 2018, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Companies still need training, and that will never change. But the way we provide that training has evolved in exciting new ways, based on the needs of our customers.

We got a call from an IT consultant who was desperate for help. Their client’s accounting system and other business-critical software were down. The business was in crisis mode. He told us the company was running an old, unsupported version of Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains) system with FRx (also unsupported), and they needed urgent assistance. We immediately stepped up to the challenge, but we were in for a big surprise.
